As the name suggests, individual leaves of oakleaf lettuce are deeply lobed and shaped like the leaves of oak trees.

This delicious leafy green is a good source of vitamins A, K and dietary fiber. As a bonus, it comes with a twist of red pigmentation that results from elevated levels of antioxidants, making it a super healthy choice.
