What are the dimensions of the Smart Garden 3?

11.8 x 4.7 x 13.4 inches / 30 x 12 x 34 cm (length, width, height with one extension).

Height without the extensions: 8.3 in / 21 cm; with two extensions: 18.5 in / 47 cm.
How do I use my plant pods?

Basically, you would need to take the Smart Soil from your package and insert it into the plastic cup that you have in the Smart Garden.

When and how to add water?

You can use the water float indicator to monitor the overall water level. When that hits the bottom and you can't bob it up-and-down with your finger then it's time to refill the tank. The water tank lasts for about 2-3 weeks, depending on the plants but you can definitely fill up the tank sooner if necessary.
How long do plants take to sprout?

Most plants sprout within 1-2 weeks, with some fruiting plants taking up to 3 weeks in some cases.

If your plants have not sprouted within 3 weeks then definitely contact our support who will help you out with any problems.
How long does shipping and delivery take?

Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days.
What is the shelf life of the plant pods?

The pods can be stored for about one year in dark, dry and cool conditions.

Free delivery on orders over S$200. A flat S$5 delivery fee applies to orders below that.

Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days across Singapore. Restricted zones (Changi Airport, Alps Ave, Sentosa and Jurong Island) may require extra arrangements.

Changed your mind? Return unused items within 14 days with proof of purchase. Damaged deliveries should be reported within 5 business days.

Sprouting guarantee

Plant pods are pre-seeded and pesticide-free. If a pod grown in a Click & Grow garden hasn’t sprouted after three weeks of normal care, we’ll replace it free of charge.

Pods affected by disease or pests are covered too. Just reach out through our contact page with your order details.

Sustainability

Smart Soil uses no pesticides, fungicides or growth hormones, and gardens are built from durable, recyclable ABS designed for years of use.

Growing at home uses up to 95% less water than traditional agriculture and cuts the packaging and transport that come with store-bought herbs.
